Cashback Offer

• Get Rs.1000 Cashback on purchase of Rs. 4000 or more
• Get Rs.2000 Cashback on purchase of Rs. 6000 or more
• Get Rs.3000 Cashback on purchase of Rs.10000 or more
• Get Rs.5000 Cashback on purchase of RS.15000 or more

Only one cashback slab will apply per order.

Cashback Credit & Validity

• Cashback will be credited to the customer's wallet within 10–12 days after successful delivery of the order.
• Cashback is valid for 30 days from the date of credit.
• Any unused cashback will automatically expire after 30 days.
• Cashback has no cash redemption value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred as cash.

Wallet Redemption Terms

• Your wallet balance can be used as a discount on eligible purchases.
• You can redeem a maximum of ₹500 from your wallet per order.
• For every ₹10 of wallet discount, you need to place an order of at least ₹100.
• For example:
  • ₹10 wallet discount → Minimum order value ₹100
  • ₹50 wallet discount → Minimum order value ₹500
  • ₹100 wallet discount → Minimum order value ₹1,000
  • ₹500 wallet discount → Minimum order value ₹5,000
• You can redeem only the amount available in your wallet, subject to the ₹500 maximum redemption limit per order.
• Wallet discounts cannot be combined with product-level or order-level discounts.
• Wallet discounts can be combined with shipping discounts, where applicable.

Other Terms & Conditions

• The cashback offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount available on the website, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Orders containing or purchased using Gift Cards are not eligible for cashback.
• Cashback is applicable only on eligible purchases and is subject to the terms stated above.
• In case an order is cancelled or exchanged, the cashback eligibility may be reviewed and the cashback may be cancelled or adjusted accordingly.
• If an exchange results in the final eligible order value falling below the applicable cashback threshold, Suumaya reserves the right to reverse or adjust the cashback credited against that order.
• Any store credit issued in accordance with Suumaya's Exchange Policy is separate from cashback and is subject to the validity and terms of the Exchange Policy.
• Suumaya's standard Terms & Conditions, Exchange Policy and other applicable website policies will continue to apply to all orders.
• Suumaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the cashback offer or any cashback credited to a customer's wallet at any time without prior notice.
• Suumaya reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any order for cashback in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.
