Returns and Refund policy
Terms & Conditions:
- In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 3 days of delivery.
- Return/exchanges are eligible for sale items, subject to availability of size and colour.
- Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
- In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
- In case of return, the shipping of return item will be borne by us.
- In case of exchange, the return shipping with be borne by us. Please note, a product will be eligible for only One exchange. We will not provide for multiple exchanges and exchange product will not be returned.
- Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense (if requested by you). No amount will be reimbursed in this case nor will the new/exchanged product be dispatched.
- Exchanges for a particular product are subject to the availability of the product or the desired size. In the event that the product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued. This credit note can be used to purchase any item from our website.
- We request you to coordinate with the third-party website or retail store for any return or exchange request of the products purchased from them.
- International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.
- Any products purchased from Suumaya Retail Outlets or EBOs will be returned to the place of purchase.

In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.
- For all return requests “Suumaya Trends Pvt Ltd” would have the rights reserved to take a call if a request for refund can be accepted or not.

*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 3 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to the coupon code.
How to use a Credit Note:
- Credit Notes can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
- On the checkout page, you have to put the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'.
- The discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the total as per your discount amount given.
- These credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash nor is it exchangeable or used by any other email id.
- Also if the credit note has expired it cannot be extended under any circumstances, so please use it within your validity date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a credit note. Once a COD order is verified via call/ whatsapp, it cannot be cancelled.
